HR reached out to me about 2 months after I sent my CV to Biogen. The interview process had 6 rounds of interviews from local heads to to regional directors. Process took 3 months, they asked several times about my expected salary range, but did not comment on it, until the offer was quite a bit lower than expected. They did cover it with benefits though. Overall, the process was chaotic, without clear direction. Some interviews were completely useless, based purely on impression and it took unnecessary long time.
