two phone interviews, in person interview with 5 different people scheduled for 2.5 hours. The initial interviewer was 15 minutes late. After waiting 20 minutes for the second interviewer an Admin came in and said she was tied up and 10 minutes later they sent in a junior person really to kill time. The 3rd interviewer came in about 15 minutes after her scheduled time and asked a number of scripted HR-type questions. The last person who was in a similar role with a different division only asked if I had questions about the role. I described how the experience was very negative from a candidate perspective and I would be embarrassed if I was the person leading the effort.
