Half technical and half soft skills. They will ask situational questions. There will be someone from HR as well as the engineering manager or director. The interview process is about 30-45 minutes.

The interview process was average. The company has nice growth potential, but the HR was not responsive or friendly, making the process a bit harder. I understand the hardships of being an HR, but at the same time, you need to make sure to give a good first impression.
