Relatively simple. I was relocating so I did an interview over the phone and on Zoom. The phone interview lasted around 30-45 minutes, and I spoke to the manufacturing manager. I was asked questions about my resume, and a few technical questions about testing I did at my previous job. The Zoom interview was with the manufacturing manager and the COO. I was asked more questions about my work ethic, reasons for leaving previous job, but few questions based on the actual position I was applying for.
