Written test (MCQ and short answer type) followed by two rounds of interview. Presentation on 3 research ideas was asked to be made. Interview was conducted in person. However it could have been conducted online. Conversation with HR and general observation indicated red flags regarding the work environment. Also, there was no response from HR when contacted to get the follow up on interview. HR didn't picked up call or replied on mail after the process was completed.
