Entrevista
Initial phone screening followed by an in-person interview. Met with ten people throughout the day. Had great conversations with a lot of people about background work; was very surprised an offer wasn’t received. No awkward silences or out of the blue questions. The last interview with HR was probably what the company had an issue with; current and desired salary. Based off Glassdoor reported salaries, they would not be able to meet my current pay. More transparency about salary would be appreciated.

Initial phone screening with Director. After screening a panel interview consisting of various managers from different teams. Each interview lasted between 10-15 mins. The final interview with with someone from HR

Entrevista
Efficient interview process overall, HR staffs are friendly. Follow-up is in one week. Nice people there. Interview questions included both technical and behavior. Zoom interview, on on-site interview so far. Definitely will recommend to other people who are interested in finding jobs in CRO industry.

Entrevista
Several 30 minute panel interviews with 2-4 people each, lasting around 3 hours. They have you meet with multiple teams to see where you would best fit. Follow up was very quick, about 1 week after interview.
