Horrifying unprofessional! The Talent acquisition reached out to me via email to get my background and availability for a phone screen. I responded immediately and 2 minutes later, he responded back saying that they have a strong candidate in later stages and he will reach out to me after the candidate's final interview!!!! Not sure why he didn't think of this before reaching out to me!!
