The recruitment process at BingX was relatively smooth and the interview stages were organized well enough. However, communication could be improved — the recruiter contacted me through WhatsApp to arrange meetings, which felt a bit unprofessional for a corporate recruitment process. There were also some language barriers, as the recruiter’s English was not always clear. Despite that, the overall experience was acceptable and the company seems to be growing quickly in the crypto industry.
