First round is the OA and the second round is the phone screen and simple python test. The third round would be technical interview like statistics, genetics, python. The final round would be on-site interview

**Pros:** I enjoyed several parts of the interview process and appreciated the opportunity to meet members of the team. Some interviewers were thoughtful, professional, and gave me a positive impression of the firm’s work and culture. **Cons:** The overall process felt excessive relative to the compensation being offered. The interview process involved eight rounds, which is a significant time commitment for a role with compensation that did not appear competitive with comparable roles at peer firms. I also found the communication around compensation to be misleading. Candidates are asked for a preferred salary range, which creates the impression that there may be flexibility. However, upon receiving the offer, it became clear that senior management have no willingness to negotiate. This should be made clear much earlier in the process. One interview also negatively affected my impression of the firm. The last interview with an executive started off by them joining the interview late and not acknowledging the delay. I also found several questions to be unnecessarily intrusive and bordering on insulting. That experience made it difficult to justify accepting lower compensation even though I genuinely enjoyed the company's work. You will also be asked to go on-site for a 4 hour long super day (not the last interview either), and will not be compensated for travel costs. **Advice to Management:** Be more transparent about compensation flexibility early in the process, especially if negotiation is not possible. Also, consider whether a eight-round process + reference call is appropriate for the compensation level being offered. Finally, ensure that some interviewers conduct their interviews in a more professional manner.
