interview got conducted at billfree campus only, ist interaction was with business development manager right after him coordinator joined us, it was fully 2 way communication, they were not asking me questions only infact they were talking with me, it took around 25 minutes, right after that they asked me when i can join, salary discussion and all came general talks did happen in last, mean within 1 hour i got job.
