The first interview was brief with the HR hiring manager to check whether I met basic job criteria. After the initial call, I met with an SDR team manager. The conversation seemed to go well, and he even asked to connect with me on LinkedIn. However, the days and weeks after the interview told a different story. I never received a courtesy email informing me that I hadn't advanced to the next round, leaving me ghosted during the interview process.

The interview went very smooth and the interviewer was very friendly but as the rest of reviews say he told me he will feed me back within 1 week and the whole hiring process will take 2 weeks . I got no response and i tried to send him followup mail but i didn’t get any response as well. So please respect people they gave you their time and interest . The highest level of unprofessionalism

Why you are interested in SDR. This position usually for young people and i can see you are overqualified
