Focus was 100% trying to negotiate down my salary requirements without any technical questions. Not interested in hiring talent, interested only in paying the least amount possible. Phone screen was mostly focussed on cost of living in Las Vegas and that living there justifies a low salary (I was moving from Arizona where cost of living was also low).
