First round interview with HR head was almost an hour long, fruitful on both ends, and went very well overall. Post this, I was never contacted again, and even after following up 4-5 times just for basic feedback on the interview, I was ignored consistently. I was asked many questions regarding revenue, service prices, targets, etc. of my previous agency. I cannot confirm, but I suspect that the interview was only set up to extract this information about their competition. Terrible experience overall.
