The interview process was great! The recruiter was very responsive after each interview and question I asked. I knew exactly what to expect before going into each meeting. She walked me around to each room and kept the meetings on time - which is rare! I had a lot of Google Hangouts interviews (SF Office), which weren't ideal, but they were the best virtual interviews I've ever had. The connection was very good, so it wasn't a hassle to actually have a conversation. Everyone on the People People team was so nice, respectful and seemed to really care about finding the perfect person for this role, which made me want the job even more! Normally a panel interview would freak me out, but it went VERY smoothly. The team seemed to prepare together, so they weren't asking the same questions. The SVPs really prepared for their interviews and knew exactly what they wanted in the role and what difficult situations they needed solved. Everyone praised the new CEO which was one of my biggest questions for them, so that was a great sign. It took them about a week to give me an answer which is pretty standard. When I emailed to get updates about the process I received a response pretty much immediately, so if you have any questions about next steps, just ask! Best recruiting process I've seen in a while!
