The interview process was pretty straightforward. They are super interested in someone looking to stay in this part of the company and eventually manage other ninjas. Even if you want to move to a different department, keep that talk to a minimum. When I mentioned I might want to move, that was the first time both of the interviewers started paying attention.

Entrevista
Consisted of a field call, technical assessment, build a store project, and onsite interview. The process was streamlined and stress-free for the most part. The onsite interviewers only asked behavioral and CV questions. My recruiter called me the same night of the onsite interview with an offer for the position.

After they had approved of each step, they would send you the next step. They are looking for people who both have a base knowledge of the industry and the ability to find answers to questions that they don't know.
