I was contacted by an external recruiter for a position at BSN. After a screening I had a phone conversation with the hiring manager. Following that was a day long in person interview at corporate where I interviewed with a lateral coworker, various cross functional team members and executive team leaders. It was about half a day. The entire interview prices was less than a month and very pleasant.
