Had one phone screen and two face to face meetings. Weird vibes from all three. HR requested my references. I sent them promptly. Never checked my references. Sent a follow-up email a week later and never got a response. Two months later, the President calls me and says I was the person most qualified and wanted to hire me and he would be in touch with HR and get back to me. Waited a week. No response. Sent follow-up email to HR. No response after 4 days. Called President and HR LMTC no reply. Finally got thru to President and he told me they were considering other candidates. Told him I did not want to work for a firm this disorganized. Glassdoor reviews were very helpful.
