To be fair, the recruiter in HR was very good and gave it her best to find a spot for me. I interviewed for two different positions, but found both hiring managers to not understand what they wanted from the position or hire. In fact the first position I interviewed for they ended up changing the job title and requirements eventually.
Hey Big Fish, don't waste people's time while your figure your stuff out.
The second interview was for a position that I was highly qualified for, but the hiring mgr knows nothing about search marketing. I felt I was pre-judged because I had mainly worked at startups, or companies in the online marketing space he had never heard of. He really was not qualified to interview someone for the position, he didn't really know what he was asking
I walked away from the process annoyed and felt like it was a big waste of time.
