Round 1 (HR):
HR asked about my basic working experience, the type of working environment I am looking for, and my salary expectations.
Round 2 (Line Manager):
The discussion focused on my previous working experience at former companies and my understanding of supply chain operations.
I was asked to explain how I manage end-to-end supply chain processes.
There was also a case study, for example:
What would you do if other departments, especially Sales, provide an unrealistic forecast and insist on following it?
Round 3 (APAC Manager):
The questions were similar to Round 2 but conducted in English.
The interviewer went deeper into my mindset, problem-solving approach, and decision-making logic.
Round 4 (Vietnam General Director):
This round was also conducted in English.
The questions focused more on contract-related work, my motivation for joining the company, and how I see myself developing a long-term career in this field.
