Made it through two rounds — first round was quick 15 minute interviews with two people on staff, basic question about why Big Duck, your own work experience, how well you work with others/work style. Second round, was given a sample project assignment and had to come up with copy for a campaign, and present to two people on the editorial team. Everyone was very friendly. Wish they paid for the copy assignment. I think they ghosted me after the second round, so definitely an assumed rejection.
