Phone interview about 10 min. Emailed a menu of my creation to BCC. We spoke on the phone, I reviewed my resume and skill set. We discussed the set-up of the event, chef duties and how to manage the event.

About forty five minutes on Skype with an Human Resources personal that was cautious without having a lot of charisma. The interview was at the morning. The Human Resource personal how was conducting the interview was not very knowledgeable of the requirements for that specific position and wasn't providing responses to any question that I had and that he encouraged me to ask.
