1st Step - Applied through LinkedIn 2nd Step - Directly got a call from the CEO of the company 3rd Step - Telephonic interview Final Step - No words to describe. First time ever I experienced with such type of company. Unluckily I applied for the post Java Developer role through the Linkedin. It was Sunday and I directly got a call from the CEO of the company. He started asking questions that just meant to know about the family and where I'm living and I how can I relocate to their office ( one funny question like what is the distance from your house to the airport. I wish if I could Google it and can tell them the right answer) . This round was just like a casual talk. Next Sunday I got another call and told me that we have scheduled your interview after 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I got a call from interviewer. She asked me basic Java questions. It was about 15 minutes call. And she told me that HR will get back to you soon. Next 15 days I didn't get any call and I tried to contact them ( their is only one person who is taking the responsibility of HR who is CEO of the company). He told me your interview feedback was positive but it will take couple of days for the next formalities. It's been around 1 month . I didn't get any single call from their side. And by mistake I call them to ask if there is any update. He told me that we have already hired another person for that position. That was like OMG. One feedback from my side - if you don't want to go with the person who's waiting for the next call, then you can directly say that you are not shortlisted. It just waste of time for the candidate who is hoping to be get selected. If takes more than 2 months to fill the position then we are supposed to give negative feedback to such type of company. Because their could be another person who is hoping for the same. At the end big thanks to this company for not selecting to me.
