Dress formal and be on time. Go in ask for the manager and wait until they call you in. Greet will a firm handshake and talk about basic questions. Talk about your strength and weakness. Why do you want to work here. Are you able to work with the job's description duties. What time are you available to work.
One on one interview with the district manager. I was asked questions about my resume, why I wanted to work at Big 5, and if I was willing to float to other stores to gain experience at each store location.

Entrevista
It was easy, just need to have experience about sporting goods. You just need to be your self and sell your self to them. They have asked me if I have experience on sports and also selling guns.
They are always in need of a Manager Trainee because their employees always leave and find a better job due to the low pay. So all you have to do is dress well for the interview and just listen and you basically get the job.
