I recently completed the full recruitment process with the BHUTANI Group, which included multiple interview rounds and assignment submissions. From the very first conversation, I was transparent about my CTC expectations. However, after successfully progressing through all stages, I was ultimately informed that there was no budget allocated for the position.
This outcome was deeply disappointing and mentally exhausting. It raises concerns about the efficiency and integrity of the hiring process. Such experiences suggest a lack of accountability in respecting candidates' time and the efforts they invest. I hope organizations recognize the importance of transparent communication and responsible planning when engaging with prospective talent.
