It was an on-campus hiring.
*It has medical restriction, candidates with colour blindness, blood related issues were told beforehand.*
After PPT a MCQ based test was conducted with 60 questions. 10 Analytical questions and 50 tech related.
Post MCQ test tech interview was conducted which took 20-25 min. Those who qualifies tech interview an HR interview was conducted for 5 min.
I was rejected in HR interview.

It was smooth and easy. First, it was written test, then those who qualified written test, their document verification is done. Then both technical and HR interview was taken by same panel.

Interview went good, but got rejected due the reason that they feel South Indians don't want to stay there until their retirement.
How will they decide one's commitment towards their workplace, they have to earn the good-will of its employees, through various perks and benifits. Why not make BEL an interesting company, so that people would love to join and stay there until retirement?
