No response from employer until 4-5 months after I submitted my application. When a recruiter finally did respond for an interview request, I passed an internet speed test. I then did a Google Meet interview. The recruiter told me how great my resume and experience were. In fact, she was so impressed that she encouraged me to apply for other jobs at the company (not gonna happen now!). After applying for each job, she instructed me to email her to find out who the hiring manager was for any specific job that I applied to because she'd be happy to send me directly to the hiring manager. She reassured me that I would definitely receive an answer from the hiring manager for the Negotiations Specialist role by Tuesday, June 20. It’s now July 11 and still no reply from anyone at the company. So much for that response. The recruiter was sick when I did an interview with her. Not only could I tell by her voice that she was sick, but also she told me she was feeling sick. So, I figured that may have been the cause of the delay. I figured she was out sick. However, it’s been about a month since she interviewed me. It appears I’ve been ghosted. This tendency to ghost candidates needs to stop. Companies need to understand that candidates are interviewing them just as much as they’re interviewing us. When they ghost candidates, it reflects poorly on them and makes them seem badly run. Candidates can just as easily go to companies that are more responsive and professional, causing them to lose great talent. Don’t believe the “simple 4-step” hiring process on Beyond Finance’s career page. Don’t believe any recruiter at this company when they say that you’re a great fit or you’ll receive a reply next week or whatnot. Once your application gets an interview request a good 3+ months after you submit your application, then they’ll probably just ghost you after praising you to high heaven. Beyond Finance is not punctual, and they don’t keep their word. As of writing this review, the Negotiations Specialist job is still up on their website. No clue if they've hired anyone for this job. Even if they haven't ghosted me and the delay is the result of her sickness, they should've kept me updated on their progress with the hiring for the role. A simple email is quite easy to send.

Interview was very successful. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Great enviroment. Lasted about 15 minutes each. Explained thoroughly. Couldn't have been to a better interview. Easy access to online web browser
