My internship at Beverly Hills Weekly was unfortunately a negative experience that I feel compelled to share. From the very beginning, the lack of organization and communication was evident. On my first day, I wasn't given a proper orientation. There was no schedule, no introduction to the team, and no clear outline of my responsibilities. I was left to figure things out on my own, which created a sense of confusion and frustration.
