Disappointing and overly long. Recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, take-home assignment, panel interview Interviews were rescheduled multiple times disrespectfully - recruiter and HM apparently were not talking to each other. One rescheduling was because of an onsite meeting they had (obviously planned in advance) so the process stretched out over a month. I should have refused the take-home. It was essentially free consulting for them and took 15-20hours or so. Final interview full of red flags. Disrespectful side comments about leadership and lack of coming prepared to the interview. They got back to me quickly after the final interview but claimed to go with another candidate even though the position stayed open for another 2 months.
