Scheduled an intro call that went well. At the end of the call, the interviewer said a recruiter would be in touch with next steps and with case study instructions. Didn't hear back for a week and followed up with the company. They then sent an automated rejected email. Kinda strange.

I received an enormous amount of interview prep data from BetterUp and reviewed thoroughly. The materials provided reinforced my opinion that this was a foward thinking company that cared about the culture and environment of their employees. Unfortunately the actual interview itself was lackluster: Interviewer was late to meeting with no communication, interviewer appeared to be reading from a set list of questions without providing context nor any follow up questions, zero feedback from hiring manager or HR received
