The interview process felt very seamless. All of my interviewers were very engaged in the discussions and answered my questions thoughtfully. I felt comfortable with the pace of the process.

I interviewed for a recruiting position, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst first screens I've ever experienced. From the start, the staff recruiter seemed disinterested and cold, which made the entire conversation feel dismissive. I had been genuinely excited about the opportunity, so it was especially disappointing to feel like the call wasn't taken seriously. I don’t typically leave reviews after interviews, but this experience compelled me to share. Candidate experience was completely overlooked here. Nothing about the role or the company was shared with me; instead, the call went straight into questions without any warm introduction. This approach felt odd and uninviting—it's something I’d never do when gauging interest from candidates. The goal should be to get candidates excited about the opportunity, not confused or upset like their time was wasted. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given the chance to ask questions, and it felt like the recruiter had already decided I wasn’t a fit before the call even began. If this is how candidates are treated, it’s a significant red flag for the organization’s culture and hiring process. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Pretty fair to say that this is not a company I do not ever want to work for.
