Through an employee referral. It was a summer internship and lasted less than three months. There was only one face to face interview with the director of the department I was applying for. Interview was very laid back and took about 45 minutes.

Weird people, weird vibe, the interview was short but felt loaded in terms that most intern-applying positions would not know. Overall, I'd try for somewhere else for that 'easy summer internship' vibe.
