Walked in, filled out the application and turned it in along with my resume, talked to the manager, and told me to come in for an interview the next day. I came in for the interview, and he wanted to interview me with the General Manager at the same time instead of going in two separate times for a second interview.

What would you do if it's late at night, 11pm, when you're about to leave for work and a guest complains his room is dirty, you give him another room, and that room is still dirty. What would you do?
The interview process was very quick and concise. The questions asked were basic and straight forward so there were no surprises. You don't have to worry if you have never worked in this position.

Do you have experience working in a customer service role?
It was very brief. The hiring manager didn't ask me a lot of questiins, and I feel that the hiring manager didn't do a good job laying out all the responsibilities

Entrevista
Was pretty simple, employer wanted to make sure you could communicate more than anything. Lots of behavioral and situational questions. Also went over a couple different techniques to deal with customers.
