The person who called to tell me I got an interview didn't tell me where they were calling from, I had to inquire about the address, they called me last minute (the day before) to tell me I had an interview the next day.

Mainly on customer service and availability. It took about 30 minutes for a face-to-face interview. They ask you how you handle a guest, how you handle difficult situations with guests etc.

They have you fill out a paper application and then the ask you basic interview questions and if you can do certain aspects of the job. They ask what your desired pay is too.
