The interviewer was super nice and gentle, the interview was simple and fast. She makes me feel confortable, she was respectful, she show me all about the role and the hotel.

Where i see myself in 5 years, my weakness and strength.
Friendly and personable. Really gives you a feel and they are very transparent with how physically demanding the job really is and how winter is generally slower with summer being a more fast paced high traffic season so you know what you're getting into.

Questions are as basic as, "Are you qualified to do physical cleaning for numerous hours straight? Bed cleaning, vacuuming, sanitizing, bathroom care, etc" not verbatim as its been a long time since I have been interviewed but you understand the idea.

Extremely easy interview process, due to high turn over rate. Job pretty much sucks! Pay also sucks for the amount of work required. Understaffed most days. Save your time and don't waste it applying.
