I found this job opening through a friend. I called the company and was put in touch with the COO immediately. The phone conversation went smoothly and we set up an appointment for the following week. When I went into the interview I was greeted right away and asked if I needed anything. The COO was extremely forthright and easy to talk to. I was asked typical work history questions, nothing out of the ordinary.
