I was told by an employee to go put in my application on location & tell them she sent me. After completed application I was asked to take a kit to the bathroom for a drug screening test & return back to the front desk. After the reading came back clean & they reviewed my resume & application I was hired on the spot & asked when my first available day of work would be. I've seen them hire and send someone out on a job that very day. They give you uniforms (or you can buy privately) then it will be deducted from your first paycheck. They provide the tools if you provide the skills. Pretty cut & dry all business.
