My interview process involved going to the place of business (located inside a Sysco Foodservice warehouse) and handing them my resume and application. I was then sent for a pre employment drug test that I paid out of pocket. Once I passed the drug test, they ran a background check on me. When that came through, Social Security verification was checked, and I had the job.
