Applied and was interviewed late last year. Online technical test followed by HR interview. Then another interview was conducted by the Lead. The next stage was followed by 4 team members. The questions were about Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, Git, Docker, and Linux and they work more with Azure cloud in Best Buy Canada. The questions were of average difficulty if you have worked 2-3 years as a DevOps Engineer, it would be a breeze. My advice to HR at Best Buy would be to have a mix of nationalities in the interview panel in order to help choose a truly qualified candidate.
