Straightforward like regular interviews just be honest and have personality. Main thing is to be proficient in IT technology and have some certifications to back up your knowledge, this will pretty much get you hired. The job itself was very easy as they have tools for a lot of the issues that arise.
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
