Automated interview, which felt very bland and boring. The recruiter said they would call me back, never did and reposted the same job up, despite me having the qualifications for the position.

My weaknesses and strengths along with what to do in an environment with other workers
Video interview via Talview. You will be asked up to 7 questions. You have minute to prepare your response. Afterwards you will have up to 2 1/2 minute to answer the question.
Hiring process was quick and easy. I was asked about my previous experience and what I want to gain out of my time at Best Buy. If you had to sell credit cards and etc at your previous job , be sure to bring that up during your interview
