You get interviews by three different people on the team. The recruiters are very friendly and support you throughout the process. They will give you a call in about three days after the interview to inform you if you got the offer

First there was a 30 phone screen. A couple weeks later a 45 min interview was scheduled with three employees (a senior analyst and two managers). I then heard back from them around two weeks later.
