Applied online and was called about a week later to come in for an interview. I was starting to think my application was a lost hope, due to the fact that i read that most people got called within 2-3 days. Went in for the interview about 10 minutes early, and the department manager was right on time for the interview. He walked me into an office and we got right down to it, asking why i wanted to join best buy, and so on. He seemed to be a nice guy that i could really get a long with, and after we were finished, he told me to be expecting a call within the next couple of days. But those days passed without a phone call, and i eventually lost hope trying to call them and figure out what happened when he told me to be expecting a phone call in the next couple of days.
