You go through 3 interviews. First they will call you for a quick phone interview. Second you will meet with an HR person who will conduct a face to face interview. Third The store GM will give you an interview.

3 interviews in total.. seems a bit excessive and absurd for a retail position, not even a management position. First 2 interviews were in person and third interview was with GM

Very Straightforward. I found it to be less intimidating than most other interviews I have been on. Be prepared to answer some basic questions about honesty and your tolerance for breaking the rules. Spoiler alert: There can be no tolerance for breaking rules or dishonesty in this position.

Applied for a full-time position after being part-time for over a year, and felt that my manager who was doing the interview did not fully grasp the responsibilities and of Asset Protection. The answers they were looking for were not reflective of the realities of the job.
