Applied online and was internal so I was guaranteed an interview. Interview was about an hour with the stores General manager and Assistant store manager. Ask the basic interview question and I followed with my 30-60-90.

I attened a open job fair first and requested to be a supervisor. It was very detailed with two phone inteviews before meeting Operations & GM. The whole process took almost 2 months
There was none, I was 'tapped' for the position. Like most companies, it comes down to who you know what you did etc. Proved myself, and with the help of management above me was hired for role.
