      Entrevista

      I got an phone interview that last about 5 minutes and was told it is three interview process. and then i was ask to come in for an one on one interview. when I got there I waited like 45 minutes because he was intervieiwing other canidates for the position. Now I see and after the interview the manager said that they will call me back to see what best canidate they going to pick for the job. we will see if i get the third call back

      Entrevista

      I applied online and got a call the same day about coming in for an interview. I assume that this call was my phone interview since she did ask when I was available and why I want to work at Best Buy. I came in a week later for my one on one interview and was interviewed by the same lady I spoke on the phone with. She was very nice and answered all my questions, and the interview went really well. She said she would give me a call within the next couple days to let me know what the next steps are. And I did, I got a call two days later asking me to come back for my third interview with the general manager! The general manager was extremely nice and the interview went really really well. So well that at the end he offered me the job and a pay that was better than my current job! I go in for my drug test on Monday and have a background check when I go for my employee orientation. I'm so excited to start work here! Oh and just a small tip when they ask you how would you deal with an employee/customer stealing always say that only option is to fire them and press charges. Best Buy takes stealing VERY seriously and any other answer would end the interview.

      Entrevista

      I applied online, received a call the next day for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted for about 5 minutes and I was asked why did I want to work for Best Buy and what department I wanted to work in and why. At the end of the interview, I was asked to come in for an interview. The interviewer was 30 minutes late starting my interview because he was interviewing other candidates. During the interview, I was asked the basic interview questions. Also, I was given a tv remote and I had to convince the manager to buy a protection plan for it. Everyone I meet was very friendly.
