Interview process began with internal recruiter phone interview. Lasted about 30 minutes. Questions mostly about customer service and P & L responsibilities. Next step was video interview with hiring District Manager which lasted for almost an hour. Used a standard Best Buy Interview guide and asked lots of situational questions. Told I would receive follow-up communication but failed to get any feedback. Expected that after face to face interview.
