Hiring process starts with applying though the online questionaire. The system then selects candidates it deems compatible. When the stores are hiring, they select applicants from this pool for an interview, usually with a department supervisor. If you are selected to move on, you then interview with one of the managers. If they pass you, you interview with the general manager who makes the hiring decision.
