Most of the time they know whos getting the job before interviews start. It really helps to be female now. video interview before real interview. They will hire anyone fourth quarter seasonally.
First interview with the ops manager, then had a second interview with the GM. They asked the typical questions. Told me that they would call me to let me know their decision.
