Interview was done with two mangers, with one being the store manager. Interview lasted about 45 to 60 minutes. Interview was casual and relaxed without any anxiety or pressure. I talked about my background, education and what I would be able to contribute to BB. I was explained the position and what was expected of me,

What work experience I had with former employers. What I was searching for in working with BB. What contributing talents I could bring to BB. Was I capable of dealing with customers that are could be irate or unfriendly.
The interview was pretty straightforward.
They ask the usual standard customer service questions and get back to you a week or 2 later.
Overall, the experience is fluid and not complex.
The interview was interesting, but I wasn't informed of the final result until several weeks later, which is a negative point. Otherwise, the questions were relevant and personalized. It took about twenty minutes.

First is an online that is asked by robotic questions. You just have to answer sincerely and answer scenario-based questions that are fairly easy to answer and should be the easiest interview you ever have.
