It was a generally simple normal interview. Sat me down in the back and asked various questions. I was offered a job on the spot and really seemed to click with the manager. Questions were background based and relatively open ended. It is encouraged to be personable.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
